I have dealt with a lot of elevator companies at my buildings and this company is by far the best. First, I had a problem that they solved the FIRST time they came to my building after I had paid, paid, and paid for other companies many failed attempts to solve it. Second, they have brought small problems to my attention before they became large ones. Since they started providing my service I have had NO emergency or after hours service calls! Sometimes I felt like other companies waited for my elevator to break so they could charge me more to fix it. Third, they perform the service EVERY MONTH, which is more than I can say for other companies who didn’t show up every month, but still charged me for the service. If there is a problem they also take the time to explain it to me so I know exactly what’s going on. I should also mention their office people are great, and the response time for their mechanics has always been within one hour when I have problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. If there were more than 5 stars these people would get them from me.

Wow, what a refreshing experience!… This company is great! I have dealt with many, many, many elevator companies, and these people are top notch. They are quick, and reliable. They show up every month to perform service, and our elevators have never run so great without shutdowns. They really go the extra mile to give us our monies worth. They don’t nickel, and dime us to death like the 4 previous companies we had here. I have never been so happy with our service. This company gives me a whole new outlook, and I am so happy we found them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
